Welcome to the primary care services of Llanfairfechan Group Practices.

The Group comprises of Plas Menai Health Centre, Gyffin & Llys Meddyg.

Llanfairfechan Group Practices is part of Conwy West Cluster.  To understand more about the cluster work in North Wales, then please click here.

To make an appointment you are able to contact us by telephone from 8am-6.30pm Monday-Friday.  You can also complete an online form to submit a request for an appointment using the links above for the relevant practice.  If you are unable to contact us by telephone or use the digital option please come to reception and the team will help you to complete a request for an appointment.

You can order repeat prescriptions by using the NHS Wales app, alternatively you can drop in your request to the practice for processing.

🌞 Bank Holiday Opening Hours

A reminder that Plas Menai Surgery, Gyffin & LLys Meddyg will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August 2026.

Please ensure you order any repeat prescriptions in good time and make sure you have enough medication to last over the holiday period.

If you need urgent medical advice while we are closed, please contact NHS 111 Wales by calling 111. For emergencies, call 999.

We will reopen at our usual time on Tuesday,1st September 2026.
